Are we learning yet?

Another year has passed and once more people around the world have been remembering their glorious dead.

The service I attended was a very pleasant affair and made a good fist of getting a message across – unfortunately, it was the converted who were being preached to. The young people were absent.

The words of Laurence Binyon

Did they really die for nothing?

This is not something that any of us should be surprised at. Young people today are more aware of what their country can do for them rather than what they can do for their country. Spanish youth is over subscribing recruiting rolls for the armed services because they are 45% unemployed with few prospects of finding work. British youth has become reliant upon a lunatic social system that gives them more in benefits than they could possibly earn in the average vacancy they are told to apply for.

Of course, our leaders (who would be unemployable if they did not qualify to dip into the trough) have learned nothing, will learn nothing and, in all honesty, have no desire to learn anything. The British governement has worked hard to destroy the national pride and sense of duty that drove our best youth to volunteer to be lead by donkies in a war that had more to do with attrition than passion and then, to volunteer all over again in a war to preserve European democracy and freedom.

What have they given our youth to fight for? A homeland that is held to ransome by criminals. A homeland that is collapsing under the strain of supporting immigrants who should never have even got to the shores. A government that seems determined to reduce their country to a secondary annex to the USA. A government that seems pleased to be associated with the massive terror campaigns initiated by America. Worst of all, they have been given a government that is powerless against the feeble voices of the limp wristed left who will see an excuse for everything that is bad and criticise everything that is good.

If our glorious dead were able to come back today, they would not be allowed into the country because being white and British is not enough. Indeed, it is a common conception among those British who are prepared to speak out, that being white and British and on the wrong side of the border is enough to ensure that you don’t even get into the country!

Never mind, at least we know that all future wars (incursions, really) will be in support of an American arms industry that is still involved in researching better ways of killing people without damaging property.

What we should really be asking ourselves is – “How do we stop the big boys in America playing with all their big boys’ toys?”

Two world wars have taught them nothing and their ignorance is reflected, er, world wide.

Wikileaks questions

We have all seen the value of the truth being brought into question by the hysterical outcries from the USA about Wikileaks having the temerity to publish it BUT why is nobody asking more important questions?

Wikileaks – a dangerous precedent?

The Wikileaks story will not go away but there is a precedent being set here that we should all be very scared of. Continue reading Wikileaks – a dangerous precedent?

The truth IS terror

“I think everyone knows that if we cannot speak openly and candidly with each other, we can’t understand each other and we can’t make policy that will benefit each other,” she said.

We should thank Wikileaks

Good God, Eric!

I could not believe my eyes when I saw the following story:-

“Communities Secretary Eric Pickles said that “politically correct Grinches” should not be allowed to obscure the fact that it is a festival to mark the birth of Christ.”
